Residency Lab

Open Call for Emerging Women Artists using New Media and VR

Agora Digital Art is pleased to announce our new Residency Lab to support emerging women working in any new media discipline and virtual reality.

The digital art residency is a virtual lab open to women artists challenging, exploring and engaging on feminism and intersectionality, the embodiment and transhumanism, the digital identity and a/sexuality.

The Residency Lab is also a springboard to create a new project and to test new practices.

How does it work?

Agora Digital Art will support and facilitate your creative process for the entire journey, with your designated curator, to create your virtual exhibition with minimum one artwork.

The first three weeks are for the research, the concept and the experimentation in the studio; the fourth and final week is to set up the exhibition and celebrating the great work!

Agora Digital Art produces your virtual exhibition and all the related content: artist page, interview, talk and live “Studio Visit”. And, as a final boost Agora Digital Art creates a massive social media promotion campaign for you.
